     Hello, my name is Brad Kelly and I have spent my entire life battling a debilitating chronic disease. Every day for me was doing everything I could to overcome it, and since I have, every night has been me dreaming of using what I learned to help others. My dream has truly became a reality with this book. Not only did the information within save my own life and helped so many, but it has gained the support of  professionals from all walks of life from Actors  and Motivational Speakers  to Olympic Athletes, Professional Bodybuilders. The book was designed to be an easy read or listen for anyone from any background, education or with any time restraints. I condensed the best of all the most applicable  knowledge I learned battling my illness, reading over 70 books on psychology, mental health and self improvement plus studying  neuroscience through Harvard University into a weekend read or listen. Through my book the life changing potential of neuroscience which in the past has been locked away behind expensive degrees or deep within 600 page books will be brought to life before your very eyes in a simple story.
